Ed Bond, president of the PiKAs at the University, will welcome representatives from 14 chapters in North and South Carolina and Georgia to the meeting. National President Charles L. Freeman will be among the guests at the convention. Other national officers will be present for meet ings preceding tomorrow night's banquet.
