Jinks Harrill, Sophomore: I ink that it is a good idea, be use it (cars) hinders students' idies. If freshmen did not have cars would help clear up the park g problem somewhat, and ive more spaces. At least not for the first semester. There's something always going on here, and the average fresh man is inclined to try attending them all. Although a car would cer tainly be a convenience, not hav ing one would give him a better chance to gradually get accus tomed to the social life here and prevent him from going over board and neglecting his studies. Bill Wood, sophomore: This is a good idea in theory, but it will be hard to enforce. How are you going to know if a freshman has a car off campus, or even on? If someone can figure out a way to tell who is a freshman or not, it seems that a major traffic problem would be solved. Maybe, if freshmen were not given decals for their cars and a very strict enforcement put on cars not having a decal, the cam pus police would have a means to enforcement. discussed.
