Roy Haymond's Combo furnished the music. "FLASH McBRYDE," BILL MATTHEWS and DICK PLUMMER were seen with their dates at the Beachcomber Saturday night. The Pi Kappa Phi's had a beer party last week end at the Cayce Woman's Club. STARDUST BALL Zeta Tau Alpha will hold its "Stardust Ball" tonight in the Jefferson Hotel Ballroom from 9 until 1. The campus wide affair will feature the Bill Moore Or'hestra. The formal dance will be preceded by a drop-in for members and dates at the home of Marilyn Gettys, chapter adviser. There will also be a drop-in during intermission at Susanne Ruff's house. TRI DELTS AFFILIATE Delta Delta Delta sorority affiliated three transfers to Carolina. Summer Courses To Be Offered At U. of Vienna The University of Vienna sum mIer school at Schloss Traunsee, Gmunden, Austria, will offer courses open to American students from July 25 to September 4, 1955. Designed to promote better understanding between Europeans atid Americans, the curriculum features beginning, intermediate and advanced German courses and courses in Austrian art and music, the formation of the modern European mind, and the history of Middle Europe. Psychology, political science and law are also Offered. Courses other than Ger man will be conducted in English. To be eligible for entrance to the three or six-week courses, Amer ican applicants must have com pleted at least two years of col lege work by June. Closing date for admission is .11un1e 15. 1955. Closing (late for wholarship applications is April 18, 1955. An opportunity for summer study combined with outdoor vaca tion life at a mountain lake, the school is heldl at the 19th century castle of Traunsee on the shore of a lake in Austria's Salskammer gut district. In addition to course work. the summer school's $200 tuit ion will iniclude trips to Salz huirg and the festival, and to nearby places of interest. Stu dents will also be able to arrange an excursion to Vienna. A few scholarships are available to well-qualified students who would he unable to attend the su)mmeriC school without financial assistance. As any organization they have a constitution, song, motto and flower. The constitu tion includes such articles as one allowing for one guest at a meet ing of each month. The song is entitled "Bring Out the Koffee" and is sung to the tune of "Roll Out the Barrel." The motto of the Koffee Klubers is "Drink, Drink, Drink." If your skin is rather oily use .either a cake-type base or a liquid base with astringent qual ities. Fluff on lots of powder over this, jressing it firmly onto your face (but don't grind it in); then dust off excess with a clean puff. Result: a smooth, mat fin ish good for several hours. There is a simple trick to keep ing lipstick on longer, too. Wait three whole minutes before blot ting. Then blot until no more color comes off.
