Clarence Brazell and his orchestra t will furnish the imusic. The local chapter was originally located at the College of Charleston and in 1901 was relocated here in 1929. Phi Kappa Sigma was made up heie from the prominent Arrow Club. Phi Kappa Sigma is the oldest of the thirteen national social fraternities on the campus, having been founded at the University of Pennsylvania in 1850. Since then, the fraternity has grown to a membership of over 20,000 in 44 chapters in the United States and in Canada.
