Lambda Chi Alpha was founded Nov. 2, 1909, at Boston University by a group of law students. The fraternity observes March 22 as Founder's Day, since it was on that date in 1913 that the emblem and constitution were added. Lambda Chi Alpha has the larg est number of active chapters of any social fraternity in the world, with 135 chapters. In 1989, Theta Kappa Nu and Lambda Chi Alpha were united as one fraternity. The -flower is the white Tudor rose and the colors are purple, green and gold. This chapter was granted its charter May 12, 1945.
