Doctor Scott, who received his Ph.D. degree from Columbia Uni versity in 1934, has done much work in examining, planning, re vising and approving college and university curriculums and in the field of guidance of post-war stu dents with military experience. le has been active also in freshmen orientation and other phases of the student personnel field.
