goes, but in case you're wondering whether or not the whether man has
decided in our favor, just take a gander at these past few days . . . and
also take a gander at the increasing number of "grass mowers" that cut
classes every clay.

JENNY LIND'S. . . . Oh, the pell, pell, pell, of the alarm clock bell,
that clashed and clamored Monday morning at the uninteresting hour of
5:30 A. M. . . . it brought the co-ed Glee Clubbers out of bed with slow
uneven motions, for after all they were leaving on their tour. . . . so the
girlies piled on the bus with oranges in hand and jelly sandwiches. . . . and
Lela Hughes, and, Sara Hamilton brought part of the bed with them. ...
no mattress, just the pillow. . . . then Margaret Osborne gave a yawn and
a cat-call. . . . the signal for driver John Allen to put it in naught and
let her dig. . . . first stop was Whitmire to let Jeannette Hite grin at the
home folks, and hit a high note. . . . from there the lassies strove onward
to P. C. to sing for their lunch, and break bread with the cuties. . . . and
to inspect the class rooms. . . . by the way, the white collar boys have
plush chairs in their class rooms. . . . relaxation is the first aim, second,
third and last.
DUCK .... Thanx to Duck Patterson for the broadcast from Ander

shoulders, listened to a Pepsi-Cola advertisement, and blasted forth with

BOUQUETS. . . . Thence, the Greyhound nosed onward to Clemson
College . . . . and up in that remote reservation, the' girl's stopped for the
nite. . . . first, if I have ever been a little dubious about Clemson. . . . I
guess I begin to retract those socalled far fetched statements . . . . any
way, the cowdets entertained royally, gave us a splendidferous time . . . .
and even applauded ... . without much coaxing . . . . They are tops, with
of course, the exception of the hours of State Fair. . . . Dear Public, I
guess you had better know the secret of our madness . . . . you see, the
Tiger Brotherhood bestowed upon each girl a date . . . . Now, it's been
told.
LEVEE . . . . Songs, hymns, folk-lore and everything came out in the
wash . . . . Alice Gominski, Sara Clarkson, Mildred Carroll, sang Brim
ingham Jail to their heart's content . . . . Virginia Cox mourned over
Doctor Barnett . . . . and Peggy Bailey trilled over the sweet nothings of
DeWitt Ross.... Jimmie Lever was all the place.... we were accom

Non-Sororit
Organize Or
All non-sorority girls have beenC
urged to meet in the chapel this
afternoon at 4:15 in order to con
struct a plan for a definite organi
zation of this group on the campus,
Petty Breeden announced las Wed
nesday. The model to represent the
group in the sophomore fashion
show will also be elected.
This meting is the result of the

Friday afternoon for the election of
the six non-sorority candidates for
the Garnet and Black Beauty Pag

elections are held in the future they
need not be under the supervision of
the Co-ed Association and that bet
ter means of group contact will be
adopted.
"Come with your criticism, con
structive and destructive," urges
Patty Breeden, wlho is interested in
this organization. "We cannot or

complete cooperation of every un

on the campus. And we will not or
