Decorations for the formal will be done in the fraternity colors, purple and gold. The feature of the even ing will be a special no-break for fra ternity members and their dates. There will be four other no-breaks during the evening. Buster Spann and his Gamecocks will furnish the music for the dance. Leading the grand march will be the president of the chapter, Chick Ford, with Kathryn Lemmon of Sum ter. Assisting them will be Douglas McKay, vice-president, with Edna Green; Palmer McClellan, secretary with Irene Mars; George Bunch, treasurer, with Sara Robson; Harry Mims, Dance committee chairman, with Virginia Turner of Greenville; Jerry H-ughes, pledge captain, with Frances Butler. The chaperon list will include members of the University faculty and parents of fraternity members. Dance Held Tomorrow The social cabinet of Carolina will present its Christmas ball in the gym nasium tomorrow night f rom 9 p. m til midnight, it was announced this week by John Rogers, chairman of the cabinet. The hall will be decorated in red and green, appropriate colors for the season, Rogers said. Scrip for the affair will be fifty cents.
