Pan-Hellenic To Make Changes Sweeping Revision Of Constitution Planned By Inter-Fraternity Council Definitely setting the date of the first Interfraternity Dance of the semester for Thursday night, February 20 at the uni versity gymnasium, the Interfraternity Council also decided to begin a sweeping revision of the constitution of the organi zation, in a meeting held Monday after noon. Music for the dance will be furnished by Buster Spann and his Gamecocks. The gym will be decorated for the occasion, and the affair will be between the hours of nine-thirty and one-thirty. Sponsors for the dance are: Phi Sig ma Kappa, Lida Liles; Pi Kappa Alpha, Janet Reed; Pi Kappa Phi, Edith Wood ruff; Sigma Alpha Epsilon, Sara Wil liamson; Sigma Chi, Mary Whittaker; Sigma Nu, Dorothy Platt; Panhellenic president, Lucy Black. President Jack Killea appointed a com mittee of three to study the constitution of the council and to submit a list of pro posed reforms at the next meeting. The members on the committee are James Good, Ed Bowen and Wallace Martin. -U. S. 0. Fees For Annual Must Be Paid Soon All organizations who have not paid their Garnet 'and Black fees are urged to remit to G. Werber Bryan, business manager of the annual, before March 1. All pictures and copy must be submitted to the editors before this date to be included in the year book. Students who desire their photo graphs in the Garnet and Black can have them in the fraternity, sorority, and organization sections if the pic tures are taken immediately. The dedication for the annual has not been chosen as yet and the editor says that this person's name will be kept secret until the book is pre sented to the students. The snap-shot section will be com posed of pictures taken by fraterni ties, sororities. non-sorority men and women. All such pictures wiil be ac cepted by G. Dowling, or at the Gar r:et and Black office. The book will probably be ready for distribution around the first of May. -U. 9. o. A social cab inet dance has been arranged for to morrow night after the Clemson-Caro lina basketball game followed by Pan Hellenic to be danced next Friday evening. Wedding Bells A beautiful wedding taking place just a few days ago was that of Jacquelin Etnerson to Edward Duncan Sallenger at St. John's Episcopal Church in Shandon. Jacquelin, who finished here last year, was a member of Alpha Delta Pi sorority. Another wedding of wide-spread interest on the campus is that of Cornelia Jackson, from Sumter, to David G. Ellison, Jr., of Colum bia, the wedding to take place af ter Easter. Cornelia was a mem ber of Alpha Delta Pi sorority. Out-of-Town A group of co-eds recently attend ing out-of-town mid-winter dances came back with glowing accounts of good times. Among those attending the Clemson dances were Dot Platt and Helen Townsend. Rosa Wilder went to the Georgia Tech dances last week. Z. T. A. The pledges of Z. T. Pete Coggeshall, president of the Ger man club, led the grand march with Miiss Bettie James of Darlington. He was as sistedl by Porcher I lopkins, vice-president, with Miiss Miarjorie Foster.
