Dr. Two-in-One lleyward, eminent
University physician, who gained his
prominent position as ole two in one by
being able to examine two students at
one time, recently was awarded a medal
by the American Mudical Group, for his
famous treatment of stomach ache.
Dr. I lay ward's method consists of
painting the patient's stomach with meuchrochrome.
The tubes in the picture

In the dark alleys of tenement 17?
boom! ?war again. Gentleman Jim
Tilden McCormick of Hell Hole Swamp,
and Nathan Caroll, the old man of the
mountain, pulled the curtain for the
first round of the Hill Billy show.
Pappa Caroll, the baloon artist, went
into Gentleman Jim with a dizzy dive
with the fate of mountain music in his
hand. Gentleman Jim giving and taking
while almost going native. Gripped in
a deathlike struggle the grunts and growls
blast forth against the trembling
mountains. It was a battle to death
with Man Mountain Caroll applying
a hammer lock, only to wither before
the Gentleman Jim screw like punches.
For six days and six nights the fight
has gone on with neither stopping to
refuel. Gentleman Jim, the slap stick
artist, butting, slapping and hammering
rings out a clean clear-cut victory as
the baloon artist droops to the floor.
The trembling mountains bow their heads
sorrowful in shame as time brings to an
end the battle of the century. We
understand that the two Hog Callers
have been signed by one of Bull Cantey's
agents to appear in the field day trial
at Allen University.

Elisha Masters and Loving Prevost
were arrested Sunday by Judge Cantey
for distilling whiskey on the campus.
They have been engaged in this practice
for some time, but up until * recently
they had been sharing the profits with
the arresting officer.
Chicago racketeers arc mere pickers i
compared with the two arrested bootleggers;
they had engaged the boxing
squad to hijack all other booze and to
put the bug on all students that sold
any other brand except theirs.
Judge intends to get to the bottom of
this racket, lie would have done it
before but the booze he confiscated is |

VVirbur Clary are being watched in
connection with this case.
