Heretofore the bal given by the dancing club have be only the usual formal affairs. A varif mixture of colored costumes are to 1 substituted for the more formal blai tuxedos and slighti'y tinged evenii dresses. The change is hoped to produce pleasing novelty and to start a car paign; for such costumes on similar o casions in the future.
