An important rule wa.ts passed to the effect that all juidges inl contests for the debating temill must be members of the faculty. Wittkowsky was elected Secretary and instrtucted to get in communication with the colleges we expect to debate. BIBLE CLASSES UNDER WAY. The B. D. G's. made a great beginning last Friday night for the course for the Fall. Classes were organized all over the camp us with the exception of in the East End of Rutledge and in Woodrow and regular classes will meet in these two tenements next week, bringing the total of classes up to fourteen. The Course to be followed this year will be an application of the fundamentals of Christianity to Campus life. This course has been prepared by the Y. M. C. A. Secretary with the help of Dr. Wilson Gee, Dr. Reed Smith, and Prof. L. L. Carpenter and is a very interesting course. An effort is being m1ade to secure one of the best readi men in Bible His tory in the town to take the tetcler's group and if he is se cured the classes will be better than we have ever had before. There has lbeen some confusion as to the time of meeting of the classes. Thew classes will meet at 7.00 o'clock Friday night and will last until 7.30. The p)residlents of both Etuphradian and Clario soph ic Societies h ave been asked to have society at 7.35i so that there wvill b)e no conflict. The sublject for this week will be "Evidlenc'es of God," H ebrews 11 :(6; Psalns 14:1; Job 11:7-10; John 4:24.1 ; John 4 :16.
