Y. M. C. A. NOTES. On last Sunday night a very attrac tive program was rendered at the sacred concert in Flinn Hall. It is given below in full: Int ermezzo: Cavalier R usticana ...... Violin Messrs. We certainly lhope that Mrs. McCutchen will favor us again on some future Stuinlay even e ing. The next concert will be Sunday, March 1.2. The third of a series of special student services will be held in the I d First Baptist church Sunday evening, March 5, when Rev. Dr. C. E. Burto, formerly of Edgefiell, will preach. All the colleges in the city will join with us in this service. Watch the bulletin boards for the announcement of the exact hour. Eyes that are not able to see the delicate colors of nature or some certain bright Iglt are said to be color blind. This is because the nerves responding to these particular lights or colors are not sensitive, thus causing the person to lose many of the wonderful things that nature has given. Professor Carson, as we all know, was well qualified to lecture on a sub ject of this kind, and by the skillful use of slides and illustrations, together with his excellent treatment of the subject, the lecture was exceedingly interesting from beginning to end. A large crowd who knew him to be a speaker of great charm greeted him and went away perfectly satisfied with the instructive lecture which they heard. Mr. Richard M. Jeffries, of the class of 1910, was on the campus last week. He was here with a delegation in the interest of the proposed county of Jasper.
