A Former Citizen of 'Wiensboro Dies in Savannah. Mr. C. M. Chandler received a telegram late Friday evening announcing the death of his brother, Mr. John W. Chandler, which occurred that day at 2.30 oyclock. The new# of his death was a great shock to his relatives and frieuds here, as he was ill but a short time.
