Levy, the railway mail clerk, who is a member of the State Republican Executive C- nimittee, handed a World-Budget reporter yesterday the following ticket for State officers, which he states was agieed upon by its Executive Committee of his party at its last meeting in Columbia, and will be offiiially promulgated on October G. The ticket is headed: "The People's Ticket," aud has the following names: For Governor, A. (J. Haskell, of Columbia. For Lieutenant Governor, John lirutton, of FairSelu. For Secretary of State, J. Q. Leva's statement is certainly wo.'th u<j more than that of the other members of the committee, and what appears lo be a new development is, alter ail, no more than we knew be fore, viz : thai such * ticket is nnder eon>iiieration by the Republican*.?
