The September term of the Court of General Sessions for Fairfield county opened on Monday morning, his Honor ,T. B. Fraser, judge of the third judicial circuit, presiding. The roll of the grand jury was called, and the follow ing-named jurors answered to their names: Uriah C Trapp (Foreman), Joel W. Ashford, Wm. H. plained of. That since said June term these Re spondents have again had said road worked and put in ns good condition as possible; but the long continued dry weather has rendered the ground so hard that it was not possible to put it in a perfectly good condition.
