Melton, "H" Peak, "T" Peak, Lindsay Patrick, James Range. Bill Range and Ralph Rush. A great revival is on at the Bap tist church. Rev. John Bomar, of Winnsboro, is doing the preaching. Large crowds are attending each night. - Much interest is being mani fasted. Each day at 12:30 in the hall at -the mill a short song, service is held and a five minute talk made by different speakers. These meetings have been well attended. The meet ings wil continue thru next Wednes day night. Let every body turn out each night. Let us make next Sunda a great day. Sunday school at 19/a. m. :Make an effort to come. Sentell is byick at his post of duty after an-illnriss that kept him confined to his hore for several weeks./ 'Mr. 0. C. Killian L the owner of a studebaker touring car. He is now taking his neighbors to ride, those' whom he can find willing to take a trip while he learns to drive. Mr.- and Mrs. J. H. Stewart and daughter, Lillian, Miss Pearl Kililan and Marie Young, of Rion, S. C., mot ored to Chester Sunday and spent the day with friends. Mrs. Curry and Miss Lyl Curry, of Salt Lake City, Utah, arrived in the village Friday evening to be the guests of Mr. and Mrs. N. A. White. Mrs. Curry and Miss Curry are the mother and sister of Mrs. N. A. White. On Monday night the mill started a night shift. Only a part of the mill is running at night however. At pre sent there is a strong demand for the wonderful fabric being manufactured at our plant. All of this fabric goes into the manufacturing of Royal cord automobile tires. The tires that are "good tires". AN ORDINANCE Providing that 'all Property Holders owning property abutting on Con gress and EvansStreets, make Water and Sewerage Connections. Whereas the Town of Winnsboro having resolved to pave Congress and Evans Streets of said Town, and whereas, it will be greatly inconven ient and expensive to tear up and re umve said pavement for the purpose of m'aking water and sewerage -con nections: Now, Therefore be it enacted and oidained by the Town Council of the Town of Winnsboro: Section 1. That all property hold era owning property abutting on Con. gress Street and Evans Street of the Town -of Winnsboro, (whether the said property be occupied or yacant) are hereby required to make water and sewerage connections with the water and Sewer mains on said Con gress and Evans Streets, within the perod of thirty days from the publica tion of this ordinance. Section 2. That after the lapse of thirty days from the passage of this ordinance, no removal of street pave ment shall be permitted for the pur pose of making water and sewerage connections within the period of ten years. .
