WOULD LEASE OR SELL CHICKS FOR MILITARY SCHOOL Greenville, April 17.-Greenville citizens who have Interested them selves in the proposition to establish a military academy in this section, and who have been negotiating with the owners of the Chick Spring prop erty for use SB a military school, have secured from J. A. Bull, who with as sociates have purchased a four-fifths interest in the property, a definite proposition to lease or sell the prop erty for a military school, if was learned Monday. The figures for tho lease or salo have not been made public, but it is understood the terms offered are favorable. Definite announcement was made Sautrday that J. A. Rall, of tills city, S. VJ. Stroud and P. N. . Perry, of Lynchburg, had purchased a four fifths Interest In thc Chick Springs property, and would open the hotel for guests by June 1. Whether or not the hotel property is leased or .purchased for usc aa- a military school, is to be determined by the Greenville citizens who have taken an interest in the proposition, and who have agreed to back the proposi tion financially.
