By borrowing the $40,000 from tho Farmern and Merchants bank the oth er day, Anderson county ia to a cer tain extent installing a new aystem in getting money to run the schools of the county until taxes aro collect ed. Not only ia a new aystem being installed but it can also bc said that the county is saving a great deal of money for the school which will have to borrow money. "Heretofore, lt has been the cus tom for the trustees of the Bchoo'e which need nunev to go to some bank and borrow ? at eight per cent Interest." stated Supt. J. H. Felton yesterday.
