We are simply reasoning from cause to effect; and we KNOW that when this Euro pean war closes, there will be hundreds of thousands of hard working, home-loving, thrifty people who are com ing to America-"The Land of the Free" in search of a home and liberty. ACTIVITY IN REAL ESTATE Recently, on the strength of peace talk, there have been deals consumated in real estate that totaled several thous ands of dollars; and we will wager that in no single case was the land sold for less than it sold for before, but on the other hand, that every piece was sold at a profit. ANDERSON'S STEADY GROWTH Had Anderson not made the increase in population that she has made these pieces of property which recently chang ed hands at a profit, would never have brought a good profit; and thc recent purchasers will make a good profit on their investment just as surely as this town continues to grow. UNPRECEDENTED PROSPERITY Prosperity such as this country has never seen has been predicted for the U. S. just as soon as this war is over, by such men as Thomas A. Edison and others equally as weil known, so WHY NOT BUY NOW? North Anderson letts at present prices are equal to U. S.
