A ci mmon error exists in the minds of many

those who intend practicing among the diseases ol n?

The "Philadelphia Democrat," the leading German jourilof
Philadelphia. The editor said, Nov 21th?
"We again call attenlion to the removal of the German
edicine store, the principal depot lor the sale of Dr Hoofnd's
German Bitters, from 278 Race to 120 Arch street,
ic door below Sixth. Owing to the increased demand
r this medicine, and forthe accommodation of his nuineris
patients, Dr, Jackson has been compelled to occupy a
rger store. We wish him success in his new quarters;
s is deserving of it. The Bitters Mixture is without doubt
e greatest medicine extant for diseases of the I.iver and
i>wels. A stubborn case of Chronic Diarrhoea has come
iderour notice, wherein the patient had exhausted the
ateria Medicos of the different schools of medicine with
) apparent benefit. 1 fe was induced to use these bitters,
id a few bottles of tliem have entirely cured him: Many
cli cases we could refer to. We hope our readers wi.l
collect this great restorative, should they be so unfortuite
as to require its use. Dr. Jackson possesses the origal
unpublisned receipt of Dr. Hootland, and he prepares
is medicine with this care. Those purchasing should
ill at his store, or see dial his name is written upon the
rapper outside, and blown in the buttle, as imitations of

Evidence upon evidence has heen received (like the

for six days. At this time my attending physician prescribed
