Sunday School last Sunday was our teachers, who were in Laurens in j ? attendance of the-State Sunday School j and B. Y. K U."Convention, I 0 Dr. J. H. Goodwin, Supt., returned j from Laurens and told uo all the good news of what happened at the Contention. When it was announced that our Pastor, Dr. J. C. White, had been j elected President of that-great body-there \vas much rejoicing in Zion. 11:30 o'clock our church was packed with eager auditors. In the absence ?of Pastor J. -G. White, Dr. S. J. School Convention in Laurens preach CTh?Dr. White got Dr. Dixon to come to Columbia and fill the day for him at Zion and Zion Pilgrim at Arthur* town. Dr. Dixon preached a great sermon and at 3:00 p, ni., Deacon Willie Lyles motored him^jlown to Arthurtown, where he preached^ to a crowded house.
