Thero was?a^ oonsiderable amount of enthusiasm shown and 'a very successful meefihjpwg3~ carried?through. Sir Brown in a very short while organized the new council. His work was precise and up to the I minute. Prs John Goodwin, F.. A. Jenkins, Lewis Daniels, responded by -welcoming the Grand Chancellor to this meeting and also complimented him on the Way he had conducted the cereimonies. The .
