To the Citizens of Kingstree: On the evening of March 7 there will be a public meeting of the Civic and Library Association to which ev ery citizen of Kingstree is cordially invited. This meeting will be held in the library building, beginning at 7:30 o'clock. The annual election of officers will take place. Feeling that every person residing in Kingstree who feels any interest in the civic affairs of his or her town should have some part in the direction of such matters, the association urges that every man and woman in this town become a member of the Civic and Library Association. Those who are interested enough to take an active part will find plenty to do. while those who have not the time or desire to become active members will help greatly by becoming honorary members. TVia Knoinooo horptofnrp has been conducted by the ladies, but we feel that the male citizens ?hould take an active part:our constitution includes both male and female as eligible for membership.
