AUTO-INTOXICATION RESPONSIBLE FOR 95 PER CENT OF ILLNESS i IS THE SELF POISONLNG OF THE HUMAN BODY. RESULTS ARE SERIOUS.' New Discovery. Vitooa, is Said to Overcome Tills much uresaed Malady. Scientists hold that ninety-five j per cent of all human ills are due to auto-intoxication. In fact, every-! body is subject to this trouble to aj greater or less extent, but few are j said to realize they are effected until some severe ailment or disease develops as a result of it. Auto-intoxication can be best ascribed to our own neglect or carelessness. When the organs falter or fail in the discharge of their duties, the putrefactive germs set in! and generate toxins?actual poisons, j which fills one's own l>ody. It is; then that the most serious conse-1 quences begin. Sleepiness after meals, Hushing of the face, extreme lassitude, bil- ( iousness, dizziness, sick headache, acidity of the stomach, heartburn, offensive baeath, anemia, loss of weight and muscular power, decrease of vitality of lowering of resistance, to infectious diseases, disturbance of the eye, dyspepsia, indigestion. gastritis, many forms of catarrh, asthma, ear affections and allied ailments result from auto-intoxication or self-poisoning. In Europe this condition has been treated with some success. However. the method of treatment there is considered antiquated when compared with the latest discovery in this country. America has advanced to a commanding position in chemistry and a preparation has, at last, been discovered and perfected, that is said to be a combatant of the ailments arising from this insidious poisoning of the human system. More than that, Vitona, as it is called, has proven to be a stomachic, tonic, appetizer and invigorant of astonishing merit. Unusual praise is being accorded the preparation by people who have taken it and have been wonderfully benefitted, and who declare it seems to almost actually restore and keep up the vigor of youth. 'Oc / . V \ ! REPORT ON LIQUOR SEIZED. These Figures Cover Six Weeks Ending October 31. ! Seizures of liquors, beer and fines assessed for the six weeks ending October 31, amounting to $6,486, says a statement issued by the Governor's office Monday, spell the acj tivities of the State constabulary, under the direction of Chief T J Smyrl for that period. The statement follows: "In terms of money the work of the State constabulary force, under -i* _ -if T T o i me direction 01 i j omyn, uuu State constable, may be summarized as follows for the period of six weeks, ending October 31: "Seizures, 176 1-2 gallons of whiskey, which is retailing among blindtigers at $6 per quart, equivalent to $4,236; 67 gallons of wine at $2 per galloa, equivalent to $1,350. During the same period fines were collected amountin5 to $900. The total is $6,486. Upon analysis of the report submitte by Mr Smyrl to Governor Manning it is found that in seventeen instances liquor was stored in trunks, which were seized, and in many of th^se cases the owners were arrest- . and fined. Another fruitful source used for transporting liquor, is the suitcase. These were seized more frequently at a station, the owner being unknown. The constables have also taken a large number of cases to the United States courts, where almost without exception the defendants have been convicted. "The largest seizure covered by the report was in Greenville county, where 600 gallons of wine were taken from Jacob Starnes of Greenville who plead guilty to storing and was fined $75. "Occasionally in the report an entry like this is made: 'Ten quarts seized at office of Southern Express Company from parties notjentitled to same.' Such entries, with report of cases lodged against persons for violotion of the quart-a-month law, represent the detail work of the State constabulary force." Notice of Sale.
