Lancaster, March 13?Sheriff

hears many complaints from different
sections of the county ot

be glad if he couid always appre

He says that if a pood, active man
was appointed State constable in
this county whose duty it would
be to look after blind tigers and
nothing else they would soon be
run out of business and many
other violations of the law would
cease.
We have not seen or heard oi
a State constable being in this
county in quite a while, but. we
have been informed that the ap
pointment of a most excellent
man of our county as a State
constable has been asked though
the appointment has not been
made.
