and throughout the day the members
had their hands full, in caring for the

plication for certificates. The chair
man of the board, speaking to a re
porter for The Intelligencer said that
the board received many enquiries
concerning the. expiration of certifi
cates. He says that the certificates
issued during or since 1908 ar* valid

township to another and that they win
continue to be good until 1918. This
