Be it obtained by intendent and' .wardens of totwu of Beiton, that cv-, ?Vy pc-ton, firm, company or corpo ration doing business in said town of ' Belton shall obtain on or before the fifteonth day of February, 1914 a license therefor in . the manner hereinafter prescribed. Every person, firm, company or cor poration commencing business after the Bald 15th day of February, 191? .nhall in like manner obtain a license ' ,therefor before entering such trade; .business or profession. All revenues arising ?rom such licenses shall be: collected and used by the town conn-j eil for the purposes of defraying the' current expenses of said town and making such public lmprovemeuts as thc town council may deem advisable. Second, the trade, busi ness, or profession for which the license is required. Third the place where such business, t.ade is to be carried on.
