Mr. A. J?. Dew, of Bucks township,
had the misfortune to lose his
house and nearly all his furniture by

Mr. B. B. Kllis, of Georgetown, a
skilled engineer arrived here Monday,

and repairing the boiler formerly of

We wore passing a farm the other
day, we noticed a ewe with a little
lamb about a hundred yards away in
the field. A buzzard alighted so
near them that the ewe sliglily drew
buck. The buzzard sat on the
ground apparently contemplating the
best method of approach, and finally
commenced moving easily toward tho
lamb, and we passed out of sight,
feeling sorrowful, fully expecting
that that buzzard made his supper
off that lamb.
