Magistrate Anderson, the charge be
ing violation of ttfie prohibition law.
The charge conics a*s the result of a
raid on Padgett’s home at Ehrhardt
last Saturday, conducted by Sheriff
S. <L Ray* and Off iceV^ Sanders and

state, a small ouantity of liquor in
