An enthusiastic meeting of local business men was held in Barnwell Tuesday morning, at which time the Barnwell County Fair Association was formally organized, officen and directors elected and an application made for a charter. After deciding to fa:r this year, the time in which to make arrangements was very limited, hut it is believed that a very, creditable showing will be made, everything considered.
