Surprise Birthday Party
Mrs. Effie Cannon was hon
ored with a surprise birthday
party on the evening of her
birthday, Dec. 24, at her
home. Her sister, Mrs. Josie
Boyce, had decorated a large
box, with white gift wrapping
paper with “Happy Birthday”
put on it using yellow rib
bon, in which the honoree’s
many nice gifts were placed.
A number of relatives and
friends, old and young, en
joyed the occasion with Mrs.
Cannon. The youngest being
her great - grandson, Barry
Fuller of Clintofo. Considered
special guests were her son
and daughter-in-law, Mr. and
Mrs. Johnny Hogan of Holly
Hill, Fla., who were her for
the Christmas holidays. Re
