A schedule of meetings, one for each county, will be made up as sofcn as possible and the month of January will be occupied in carrying out the schedule regardless of weather conditions. To make more effective the work which these confeences" will seek to accomplish, the Extension Service will publish a bulletin embodying suggestions on a safe farming pro'grnm and will also use freely 'tfiree of its other bulletins, those on tobacco, pastures and fencing, and peanuts.
