Washintgon, Dec. 1.?dispatch from Kome states that King Victor.Emmanuel will visit the United States next Summer, and that ho will also visit a number of South American countries, including Brazil, Argentina. Uruguay, Chile, and Peru, unless his plans are interfered with by the political situation in Italy.
