Riebardse to fill the unexpired term of the late Arthu Harvin in the Legislature, was composed < e- some of the the most prominent men of th al County. Mr. Richar< 6 son in felicitous terms acknowledged hi !s high appreciation of the honor, his conf v. dence in the party, and his determinatio e to exert himself to the utmost, while a meu ber of the Assembly in behalf of his const tuents.
