G< c-ently admitted to the second Officers' Training Camp at Military Branch, Chattanooga, Tenn., (Fort Oglethorpe i returned home Tuesday, having fallea of final passing on account of overweight. He had passed previous ^examinations successfully and was^ rated accordingly. In rejecting ^Ir Chapman the camp authorities lost the making of a fine military officer, jjj but the country at large will reap the benefit of having a mighty fine lawyer and public spirited citizen.
