Training Camp at Military Branch,

returned home Tuesday, having fallea
of final passing on account of overweight.
He had passed previous
^examinations successfully and was^
rated accordingly. In rejecting ^Ir
Chapman the camp authorities lost
the making of a fine military officer, jjj
but the country at large will reap the
benefit of having a mighty fine lawyer
and public spirited citizen. Since
this was written Mr. Chapman ha?
received instruction to report back
to the commanding officer and take up the
training course, subject to a physical
examination at its conclusion, i
