THEIR FIELDS OF LABOR FOR ANOTHER
YEAR.
Conference Closed in Greenville Monday
Night-The Newberry Churches
and Their Pastors.
The final session of the South
Carolina Conference of 1903 was
held in Chicora College auditorium,
Greenville, on Monday night, at
which tine Presiding Bishop A.
Coke Smith rend the assignments
for the ensuing year. It was de
dided to hold the Conference of
1904 in Darlington.
Freu the list of assignments as
published below it will be seen that
the Rev. S. H. Zimmerman will
serve Central Methodist another
year. The Rev. G. E. Edwards is
sent to Pelzer and O'Neall Street
and Mollohon will be served by the
Rev. J. -1. Graves. The Rev.
D. P. Boyd goes to Fountain Inn,
in Greenville district, and the Rev.
J. E. Beard will serve the Newberry
circuit.
At Prosperity the Rev. G. R.
Shaffer is suceeded by the Rev.
J. K. McCain. Rev. Mr. Shaffer
goes to Wlhitnire, succeeding the
Rev. J. F. Anderson, who goes to
North Laurens, in Spartanburg cir
cuit.
