Each nuitmber contains -not less than*04 large super royal pages, printed on .good ty pe, and in the best manner, and on paper of the most beautiful quality. 2. The 'Messenger and Review' is mail ed en or about the tirat day of-every month in the yoar. Twelve numbers make a vol ume,--and the 'price of subscription is 85 per volume, payabloin adrance; nor will the w'brk be sent to'any one, unless the ordfer for it is accoianied iith the cAs . 0:- The Year comnences with the January Number. No subscriptioh received for less than the Year, unless the individual subscribing chooses to pay the full Price of a Year's subscription for a less period. 3. The risk or transmittitig sub-scriptiois by mail will be assumed by the proprietor.
