Walling was brought over from Columbia and was buried in the family enclosure on Monday last. Mr Waling was a native of Camden, being the son of j the lute Mr. J. I). Wahing, who was' so long suid favorably known as the j Stct'ou Master on the South Caro-1 lina Railway at this place. Jimtnje: Walling always bore tuc reputation | pf being a good boy?upright, lion- j est, industrious and kind. He married a Miss Farmer, who was also formerly a resident of this place. He leaves a wife and two children and two sisters, Mrs. A. C. Brown and a younger sister, to whom we extend our sympathies in their nnlimely loss. From the Columbin correspondence of the Charleston World of Monday we clip the following accouut of Mr, falling's sad death. The body of late Conductor J. T. Walling, killed near Newbsrry yesterday in a wreck, waB brought home to his wife here to-day. It was horribly mutilated, the features be'ng unrecognizable.
