I PURSUANT TO GENERAL ORDER JNO 73 Ajutant Aind' Inspector General's Office, current series, (hereunto appended) the Brigadier General commanding Re.-erve forces of South Carolina hereby assumes control mid direction of the conscription service in the State. II. Except lis hereinafter specified, the organization of tho Conscriptum Department in the State, including the Examining hoards, will be preserved; and all existing orders, regulations and instructions ol'the Commandant ot t'ouacripts will be continued of force until otherwise orderq|. v III.
