THE Managers of Elections in each Congressional District throughout the State, arc hereby required to open the Polls at their respective places of Elections, and to hold an election for Representatives in the Congress of the United States, on the fourth Monday in February next, in conformity with the writ hereunto appended. In obedience to a resolution passed at the last sitting of the Legislature, a writ of Election will be sent to each place of Election, in each Congressional District thoughout the State, and in the event of those writs not reaching their destination, it is deemed advisable by the Executive to issue this general notice, to remedy such contingencies as may scour. The Eighteenth Regiment of Infuntry will parade at Ridgeville, on Saturday, 19th February instant. The 19th Regiment of Infantry will parade by Battalion?the Lower Battalion at the usual parade ground on Friday, the 25th February, and the Upper Battalion at Black Oak on Tuesday, the 1st day of March next. The commissioned and non commissioned officers will assemble at their respective parade grounds the day previous for drill and instruction. Regimental Returns will be made immediately after each Review by the Brigade Major. The Major General of the Second Division and the Brigadier General of the Fourth Brigade, with their Staff will attend the Reviews. The Brigadier General is charged with the extension of this order.
