Tlie Collegiate vear is divided into three Terms of fourteen weeks each : a holydny of two weeks is given at Christmas ami one week about the fifth of April, but students from a distance arc not expected to return home till the Summer vacation. The location is easy of access by rail and plank roads, within two days drive of the finest mountain scenery in the South, and is itself in a rolling country of first rate water and cheap living. The entire expense varies from about $31 to $10 "J> term, or from $'Jo to SlliO per annum. All money must be placed in the hands of the President, and if any pocket money is to be allowed, parents should give precise instructions as to the amount, .lonev sufficient to pay the Janitor's fee ($1 per annum) [ and to purchase books must be deposited in advance, all other expenses are due at the end of the Term and must be promptly settled.
