On the day of the election the muuugeis
must organize liy the election of a chairman
and clerk if necessary. The chairman
eh cted is empowered to administer oaths
to the other managers and to the voters.

vacancy and if none, of the managers attend
the citizens can appoint from an ong

and clerk must proceed publicly ,to open
the ballot boxes and to count the ballots
therein, to continue without adjournment
until the sumo is completed, make a statement
of the result, and sign the same
Within three days thereafter the chairman
of the hoard, or some one designated
by the hoard, must deliver to the undersigned
