Weekly Crop Report Indicates Many abandoned Fields Varying Conditions in Different Localities Washington, May 31 ?The week Is nop report of the Weather Bureau says: "Throughout nearly the whole of the cotton belt cotton is much in need of cultivation, and reports of abandoned fields are received from Carolina", Georgia Alabama, and Louisiana.
