Section 1. That the following
taxes be and are hereby
levied for the fiscal year 1905,
that is to say :
1st. A tax of fifty cents on
each $100.00 of thn valuo of all
real and personal property within
the corporals limits of the
Tewn of Laucsster, S. 0., duo
due and payable between the
fi?it and thirty-first days of November,
1906, at the office of the
Totvn 1 rsftturer ; and ail tuxea
due Rod remaining unpaid on
the first d*y of December, 1905,
shall be subject to a penalty of
fifteen per ceut for the non-pay- J
ment of tares when due. And
the Town Treasurer, after default
in tho paymsnt of said
taxes, shall issue exocution to
any Policemen of the Town or
Bheriff of the County for the delinquent
taxes, costs end penalties
following the mode for collecting
delinquent iaxes as now j
provided by State laws.
