and of the Comptroller General. Also on that

the Railroad, by a bill to confer banking priv
ileges on the Ohio and Cincinnati Railroad,
read the first time.
The committee on Claims submitted a Re
port on the resolution lo refund J. H. Sar
gent a certain amount of money, granting
him one thousand dollars with interest on the
same since 1808, and $150 for costs in
curred by him. Also on ihe accounts of J.
