Perfect Attendance
On February 19, 1954, J. W. Walton
began an endeavor which has
lasted for 30 years.
He has been perfect in his church
attendance every Sunday. The Elizabeth
Street Church of God recog
nized him on Sunday, April 15.
J. W. is a Plant No. 2 loom technician.
Time Goes
Forward
Time is timeless.
Whether you go back, forward, or think of
this moment, time ticks forever on, second
by second. That is, except on April 29 when
time ticks one hour ahead.
The result is daylight savings time, a
period of time when everyone has an additional
hour of light to find fun in the sun.
So remember to turn your clocks, watches.
and other timing devices ahead one
hour at 2:00 a.m. on April 29.
