."Cut cold roast veal in one-half Inch
cubes; thor? should be two cupfuls.
Wash and scrape celery. Then cut In
thin alices crosswise; there should bo
one and one-half cupfuls. Chill untill
crisp in cold water, dram and dry.
Remove stones from faur olives and
finely chop. Parboil one-half a red
pepper ton minutes, romove seeds nnd
cut one-half pepper In thin strips
and the remainder dn fancy shapes.
Mix veal, celery, olives and the pre
pared pepper strips andi marinate
with a French dressing, mound in a
bowl, aad mash with dressing. Car

leaving the companies which 'had oc

ing their local business, a number
of passenger coaches were set out on
an adjacent aiding and converted Into
a complete depot. These served ade
quately to house tho ticket, telegraph,
ond baggage offices and also provided
comfortable waiting rooms for the
