twelve miles south-west of Society Hill,
would respectfully inform any person or
persons who may be suffering front the
effects of cancer, or anything assuming
the charactcLof cancer, that if they will
call at hi# rv^dence at any time between
the 15th of September and the 15th of
May, and put themaelves under his treat
ment, he will deal candidly with them,
and if he does not effect a permanent
cure, they shah receive their board and
his services free of charge. Having had
considerable experience in this practice,
he feels no hesitation in extending the in
vitation. He intends devoting himself

The next - session %f the Bradford
Springs Female Institution, will men on
the first Monday of the ensuing Februa
ry. The Board of Trustees w ill by that
time have completed some additional
provision* for the comfort of the Ixiard-
ers, and the adjacent grounds will be
placed fn an improved condition.
The various departments of in*truc-
tion will lie filled by the most competent
teachers that can be obtained, and no one
will hereafter be retained longer than
ability and fidelity are exhibited in the dis
charge of official duty. •
It is very important that the members
of the collegiate classes return at the be
ginning of the session, that the regular
exercises may not be retarded.
TERMS.
Board, per session, including bed,
