Court of Equity, in this ca-e, 1 will offer
for sale at Darlington Court House on the
1st Monday in January, 1852, all the real
estate of the late James Nettles, lying on
Black Creek, in Darlington District in two
several parcels, to w it: 1st. All that por
tion lying on the north side of Black
Creek, sup|>osed to be about 1600 acres.
2d. All that portion lying on the south
side of Black Creek, supposed to be about
475 acres. Plats will be exhibited on the
day of sale; in the meantime the lands
w ill be exhibited to any one interested, by
Mr. Peter K. Mclver, who resides thereon.
Terms—Three hundred and fifty dol
lars in cash; the balance on a credit of
one and two years, in equal instalment*,
with interest from sale; purchasers to
give bonds w ith personal security, and a
